		<description>Ahh, see, I can be a bit of a coffee snob - we have a filter and an espresso machine and 2 french presses at home. But, I have been wanting to make coffee cake for a while now, and you really need instant for that, so I was really pleased to get it for baking - I have drunk it before and I agree that it&#039;s one of the better instants I have to say.</description>

		<description>Actually, I buy that brand of instant coffee and - gasp! - drink it!  And my mother does too!  It doesn&#039;t have any of the bitterness you usually might associate with such.. err .. ethical and inexpensive brands!</description>

I don&#039;t mean you to *drink* the instant coffee (shuddershudder) btw, only to use it in cooking lol. It&#039;s the one I use myself in baking and it works really well.</description>
