But, I have been wanting to make coffee cake for a while now, and you really need instant for that, so I was really pleased to get it for baking - I have drunk it before and I agree that it's one of the better instants I have to say. And my mother does too! It doesn't have any of the bitterness you usually might associate with such.. err .. ethical and inexpensive brands!
