		<description>Dry carrot cake? Usually it's the opposite; you nearly have to wring it out before you can eat it. Evidently some people think "moist" means "soaking wet".

Best carrot cake in Dublin for a long time was Sufi's in Stephen Street but the last couple of times I've had it, it's has been so-so.</description>
