David - my recipe says to put the yeast in with the water and oil, and add the salt in with the flour. It’s written for fresh yeast - the easybake stuff seems a bit more resilient.

That looks good. Although, everyone knows you’re not supposed to roll out pizza dough, you throw it in the air and spin it.

PIZZA PAAAAARTYYYYY
Ohh, that all sounds divine. I made some one time from a pizza base kit and they worked out very nicely, after an hour in my hotpress, and were eaten within seconds of cooking. haven’t attempted from scratch though..yet.

Yes … the eating. Sigh.

We still have a couple crusts in the freezer. And we’re now starving, having read about your baking, so will go make some pizza!

Did you honestly put things together in the order you state, though? I’m wondering, as I tend to be a bit of a nut when it comes to when to add the salt & oil, because they inhibit the action of the yeast … and am wondering if maybe I don’t need to be so worried as I’ve been.
