How could I not order this? Simply for the name, not even taking into account the delicious ice cream with chocolate and biscuit topping.
This was in Victoria Hall restaurant in Carrick-on-Shannon, and rounded off a delicious meal. Sweet potato tempura with bok choi to start, then singapore noodles for my main. All in a lovely setting too- the former church hall, converted into two levels with white walls and wood beams. If you’re ever in Leitrim I recommend it.
It’s the tempura with bok choi which sounds fabulous to me! Although the tart is probably much more photogenic. ;)
