Apple and berry crumble
Bought from Avoca and served hot with whipped cream. I know I say this a lot about crumble, but this was yummy. Quite sweet, but that’ll be the apples. The crumble topping was really soft and, well, crumbly, and the cool cream with it just set it off perfectly.
Ya see, it’s the crumble part that tips the scales for me in the sweetness department. Coming from the land of ‘apple pie’, I must confess that I prefer a pastry topping rather than the crumble bit. But definitely with the cream! C’est la vie! (Look Ma, I’m speaking French!)

yum love apple crumble, and have to admit Cheryl, I prefer it to apple pie!
