Tea and Cakes

Just back from holidays and another gift from my Secret Pal, Nosy1 arrives!

This package was all purpley and lavender, my favourite colour and scent!

Here’s what it included:
A hand knit washcloth which is very soft and I’m looking forward to using.
A book about Mindful Knitting, about focusing on projects as relaxation / meditation.
Some Passion tea (love the tea), which I haven’t tried yet but will blog when I do.
Some dark chocolate with lavender and blueberries, which sounds interesting, and, like the tea, I will blog when I’ve tried.
Lavender lip balm and some tissues.
A sheep bookmark, which is especially useful as I’m reading several books right now.
A magnet with the letter I in purple, which is really cute and I’m in love with (I know it’s just a magnet, but it’s on the fridge now holding up a postcard from my mum and it keeps making me smile)
A purple spotty felted pouch thingy which is so so perfect for me it’s not true – my current dilemna is what to use it for as I can think of way too many possibilities.
Some lavender no-rinse washing liquid for delicates which is totally earmarked for socks and the hot bag cover I intend to make at some point, and several other things.

Thank you Secret Pal! This was such a teaandcakes gift. You really have me pegged. It was an especially lovely selection of relaxing things to receive just after coming back from holiday to insane business.

On the other side of things, unfortunately my spoilee for secret pal 8 dropped out, so I’m currently without anyone to spoil, which is a shame but one of those things. I had fun spoiling her for the time I had, and sent off a few packages with little things in. Sometime soon I can post the stitch markers I made as I sent her some and didn’t want to get caught by blogging them. The round is nearing an end, and there’s a chance I may get to step in as an angel for someone who hasn’t been spoiled properly.

Anyway, with the end of the round at the end of August it’s almost time for the end of round reveal. Nosy1, I may have an idea who you are. Hmmmmmm, am I right though, that’s the question? I’m looking forward to finding out.
