Dilemma Solved
Scarf version 2.
I ripped out the old one, and started again with feather and fan lace. It looks better in real life than in the picture, and I’m much happier with it. It’s fine enough to suit someone so fragile, but not so fancy that it’d be too much for a straight talking northern-english woman.
The cable scarf was okay, but you’ve certainly bull’s-eyed this one! Very nice, delicate…will make a lovely gift. Well done!
