Park knitting

Posted by Teaandcakes on Apr 28 2006 | Crafty things, General Ramblings

This has been a frustrating week. One of those weeks where things just go wrong. Nothing major, no disasters, just a series of little things. Starting 10am on Monday.

However, I spent my lunchtime in Merrion square, sitting in the sun, knitting, and things are only going to get better from there. No more frustrations, no more endless journeys on Dublin bus, no people being mean to me, no more tea tasting of fish (don’t ask). It’s all going to be good for the long weekend.

  1. Shortly after this post was written, Isobel was crushed by an anvil.

  2. ah, poor Isobel. i know what you mean. After I left the group, I stopped into the Woolen Mills specifically to pick up some 3.25 dpns before meeting Micheál and friends, and have only just discovered (half way through casting on for new socks) that they are actually 3.5….which I already have a set of…so frustrating!
