Carrot cake

So, after two attempts at knitting a cupcake (all will be fine, I just don’t have the right sort of yarn for the knitted icing), I decided to make a real cake.
I haven’t made this recipe in a while, and it’s ok. It’s a bit flat. And I’m not too happy with the icing.
It is delicious, I just think it could be better. That might just be my mood at the moment though.

    Sharon: It would, but I can’t be bothered to re-edit the picture.

    Chris: Why terrifying? It was delicious. It was better the next day. All gone now though.
