Ice cream stack
Oh wow. Home made ice cream. 3 types. Chocolate ice cream I wouldn’t be a massive fan of. This was good, and obviously made with proper chocolate, but at the end of the day, chocolate is chocolate, and just shouldn’t be messed with. The strawberry and vanilla though. Yummy! Fresh ingredients, clearly home made by somebody who knew what they were doing, all good and altogether very delicious.
Ok, you are gonna have to stop posting such fabulous deserts……I’m trying to be good!

Funny how you didn’t mention where this lovely tower was to be found! Keeping it to yourself? Hmmmmmm?

Ohhh, good point Cheryl - that’s what comes of posting on my phone after wine and whiskey. The thing is, I don’t know the name of the place - it’s just round the corner from Jurys Inn in Limerick. I’ll find out soon and update.
